About Us

SHRM – Dodge County is a professional organization dedicated to advancing the human resource profession in the Dodge County area. Originally named the Dodge County Personnel Association, the group was established to provide area human resource professionals with educational, professional development and networking opportunities. In 2006, the group became an affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and its name was changed to SHRM – Dodge County. The group continues to provide professional growth opportunities through monthly educational meetings where chapter members can network, share ideas and learn about topics affecting the human resource profession.
